Keynote speakers announced for TWAL conference

Transport Women Australia Limited is excited to announce both the opening and closing keynote speakers for its Driving the Difference conference being held in Melbourne from May 28-30, 2021.

Opening speaker Jacqui Alder is a dynamic and engaging speaker helping women redefine success, says TWAL Chair Jacquelene Brotherton.

“She has had a long and varied career and brings that experience to share with the TWAL conference attendees,” said Brotherton.

“She has extensive international experience in human resources working in global businesses across multiple industry sectors including manufacturing, transport, and resources.

“She now uses those experiences, along with her coaching experience and insights from research, to help women overcome stereotypes and thrive.”

In 2017, Alder founded Clarity Simplicity Success for Women. The purpose of this venture is to empower women to create success on their own terms.

To help women achieve this, she has published a series of self-coaching resources under the Clarity Simplicity Success brand.

Alder also enjoys being of service to women in the community and has done so as a member and board member of organisations supporting the advancement of women.

‘My purpose is to change the world for the better – one woman at a time,” said Alder.

The closing keynote speaker is David Coleman, aka The Dating Doctor.

Coleman has been honoured 14 times as The National Speaker of the Year. He is the first speaker ever to win the National Entertainer of the Year Award.

The Association for the Promotion of Campus Activities (APCA) also honoured him with their Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence in Entertainment.

“David is a highly sought-after coach, speaker, entertainer, radio, and television personality,” said Brotherton.

She said his Melbourne presentation, Building Remarkable Relationships That Go the Distance, promises to be a conference highlight.

As a motivational speaker, he has travelled to all 50 states in the U.S., plus Canada, and Europe and visited over 3,000 college campuses, corporations, conferences, churches, civic organisations, and military bases worldwide.
