Freightliner Australia Pacific has announced the appointment of Rhett Beere as national sales and operations manager.
Beere has worked in the automotive industry for over 18 years in various sales, marketing and commercial operations roles at Holden Special Vehicles, Siemens, The Meher Group and Holden Racing Team.
He joined Daimler Truck and Bus Australia Pacific three years ago as marketing manager for Freightliner, where he was heavily involved in strategic Cascadia launch events as well as setting a new benchmark for Freightliner marketing activities.
Freightliner Truck and Bus Australia Pacific director Stephen Downes says Beere has the skillset and drive to exceed in his new role.
“Rhett’s energy and drive, along with his passion for the Freightliner brand, will be instrumental in the execution of Freightliner’s ambitious sales growth strategy,” he said.
“He is committed to working closely with our sales team and our dealer partners to leverage the potential of the Freightliner brand in Australia and New Zealand.”
Freightliner also recently introduced the Freightliner Cascadia in Australia and New Zealand.
