Brown and Hurley announces new partnership

Truck dealership group Brown and Hurley has announced a new distribution partnership with trailer manufacturer Mick Murray Welding.

The Townsville based trailer builder has been in the industry for over 30 years, specialising in trailer for both the road transport and mining industries.

Its range includes water tanker trailers, and on and off highway side tippers.

“Our trailer designs have come from working in Australia’s harshest and challenging conditions so they are built for purpose, along with offering long term maintenance savings once they are in service” said company director Mick Murray.

“We take pride in the fact that we are using Australian labour and using nationally sourced materials and components.

“We see Brown and Hurley as a strong family business, they have strong credibility, supply quality products and have a support network that is very well positioned in all of Queensland and Northern New South Wales.”

Brown and Hurley group trailer manager Dylan Hurley added that the partnership came to fruition after working on several successful projects together.

“Mick Murray Welding are similar to us in that they too are a family business, passionate about supplying premium equipment and they are keen to grow and so are we. So it all made sense,” Hurley said.
