It’s time to break free from the shackles of Covid-19 and come together to determine the future of the trucking industry at the Trucking Australia 2022 conference on the Gold Coast from May 4-6.
That’s the message from the Australian Trucking Association as it opens registrations this week for its first Trucking Australia conference since the pandemic struck.
ATA chair David Smith says the event at The Star will help the industry make up for lost time.
“We’ve had two years of Covid where we’ve all been battling in our respective bubbles,” said Smith.
“Now’s the time to come back together to work on the issues we really need to discuss like driver shortages and the supply chain.
“The Trucking Australia 2022 conference will be such a great opportunity to have your say and help shape the direction of our industry.
“The ATA is looking forward to a great conference with valuable, interactive and engaging sessions.”
Trucking Australia 2022 will also be a fantastic chance for us to see old friends and make new ones, he added.
There’ll be lots of opportunities to socialise including the TA22 Welcome Drinks, the Kenworth Legends Lunch and the ATA Foundation Sponsors Gala Awards Dinner featuring the National Trucking Industry Awards.
“Be sure to register now to access our great discount of $100 off our MEGA deal and full conference pass tickets, this offer won’t last long.”
Other registration and social packages, including business-only sessions, are also available.
