Everson’s Food Processors makes it a Cascadia trio

Family owned abattoir business, Everson’s Food Processors, has recently welcomed its third Freightliner Cascadia 116 to the fleet.

Based in the NSW town of Frederickton, near the Macleay River, the business has operated for over 30 years, offering a wide range of commercial meat processing services and a fleet distribution network, supplying products to retailers such as IGA.

The latest Freightliner Cascadia 116, delivered by Mavin Truck Centre, is powered by the 505hp Detroit DD13 engine, matched to a Detroit DT12 automated transmission. It also features the full safety pack.

Eversons transport manager, JA McKiernan, says the Cascadia is the perfect fit for the business. “The original two have not put a foot wrong so it was an easy decision to go for another Cascadia,” he said.
