Bidding has now opened for Ritchie Bros. much anticipated National Unreserved End-of-Year Auction, which will see over 1800 assets go under the hammer.
Today, November 30, is day one of the auction, which will be dedicated to construction and crushing gear, while tomorrow (December 1) will focus on transportation and agricultural assets.
“Competition will be fierce for late-model Kenworth prime movers going to auction tomorrow,” said APAC sales director Cody Watson.
There will be 154 prime movers, including 88 Kenworth prime movers, going to unreserved auction. Watson says many are late-model, low hour trucks are expected to drive record high demand.
“As energy prices during manufacture remain unstable and component shortages continue to affect production, our customers have told us they’re bracing for further price rises next year,” he added.
