Detour for truckies off the Pacific Hwy near Bonville

The freight team at Transport for NSW has advised truckies of changed traffic conditions on the Pacific Motorway near Bonville from Monday, March 13, to Friday, March 17.

A temporary detour will be in place to allow vegetation management and essential maintenance between Mailmans Track and Archville Station roads.

Work is to start at 5am on Monday, March 13, and will be carried out 24 hours a day until 5pm, March 17, weather permitting.

During the northbound carriageway closure, truckies and other motorists will exit the motorway at the Mailmans Track Road off ramp, travel 5.5km on Pine Creek Way and re-enter the motorway via the Archville Station Road on ramp.

During the southbound carriageway closure motorists will exit the motorway at the Archville Station Road off ramp, travel 5.5km on Pine Creek Way and re-enter the motorway via the Mailmans Track Road on ramp.

Oversize and overmass vehicles more than 4.6 metres wide and 30 metres long will be managed through the site with an escort vehicle. Operators with questions can contact project engineer Luke Diamond on ph 0459 787 285, or email luke.diamond@transport.nsw.gov.au.
