Centurion has this week revealed that its acquisition of ABC Transport is complete, following news of the purchase announced earlier this month.
“Today, we are pleased to announce the successful acquisition of ABC Transport. This marks a significant milestone in our commitment to better serve our customers by expanding our capabilities,” said Centurion, in a social media post it shared on November 2.
“ABC Transport brings a wealth of expertise in general and express freight services and has been dedicated to servicing remote communities in the Northern Territory, South Australia, and Western Australia.”
Servicing remote locations and communities, Centurion said this acquisition is a significant step toward strengthening its national network.
“We extend a warm welcome to the exceptional team from ABC Transport, as their expertise and experience will undoubtedly enhance our operations nationwide.”
