He’s on his way to Parliament House in Canberra, on his ride-on lawn mower for ‘Mow Down MND’, an initiative he launched to raise awareness for MND and to push the government to make MND a notifiable disease.

Thousands turned up to cheer on 66-year-old Woz and support his cause, also signing his petition, which he hopes to personally hand over to politicians when he arrives at Parliament House on March 22.

Yesterday, Monday March 11, saw Woz complete the first leg, departing from his home in Toolleen, Victoria, to Shepparton – of which he was able to complete 88 kilometres of the 93 kilometre journey on the mower.

Today, day two, will see Woz travel the 137-kilometre leg from Shepparton to Jerilderie.
