KEITH appoints new Australia customer support manager

Innovative material handling solutions business KEITH has announced the appointment of Tim Mellor as the new Australia and New Zealand customer support manager for KEITH WALKING FLOOR Australia Pty Ltd.

With over three decades of experience in the heavy equipment and transportation industries, Mellor brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this role.

His background includes extensive work in the mining and construction sectors, where he honed his skills in customer relations, operations and technical support. His ability to build and manage relationships spans a diverse range of stakeholders, from purchasing managers and engineers to equipment operators and small business owners.

Known for the ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments, KEITH says Mellor is well-equipped to meet the demands of serving customers who operate in challenging conditions.

His enthusiasm reflects his dedication to creating lasting relationships with KEITH dealer partners and end users across the region.

Mellor’s appointment follows the retirement of the long-serving Australia manager Zyggy Reinoga.

Mellor says he’s excited to build on the customer service established by Reinoga over his 15 years with the company.
