Short-term closure
Short-term closure will occur between 6.20am to 6.35am on Sunday, May 5, at the intersection of James Street and Kitchener Street for the marathon runners.

The intersection will be under police control and traffic release will be at their discretion if queues become too long.

Half-day closures
Half-day closures to occur between the hours of 4am and 1pm at the intersections below:

  • Intersection of Hume Street and Margaret Street will be closed to all traffic.
  • Intersection of Ruthven Street and Long Street will be closed to all traffic.

Detours will apply between 4am to 1pm and there will be no access for heavy vehicles during this timeframe.
