A custom made bar, donated by Queensland trailer manufacturer Moore Trailers is set to go under the hammer at the upcoming Casino Truck Show.
Valued at $6500 and designed to resemble the rear end of a trailer, the eye-catching piece measures 2.4 x 2.4 metres.
It is manufactured out of steel, with mirror stainless ends.
Complementing the bar, Engel Australia has donated a 95-litre upright fridge, valued at $1699, for the auction.
Proceeds of the auction will be donated to men’s health group Movember.
The Casino Truck Show will take place on Saturday August 3 in Casino NSW, with the auction held at the Mafeking Lamp roundabout at 2.45pm, just before the trophy presentation.
The ever-popular street parade starts at 10am, with the trophy presentation at 3pm.
One of the biggest truck shows in the southern hemisphere, the Casino Truck Show is expected to welcome over over 600 trucks from all over Australia through the gates.
Movember is the 2024 Casino Truck Show charity partner. A leading men’s health charity, it aims to bring awareness, research and fundraising for mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.
Since its inception in 2003, it has funded more than 12,500 men’s health projects with more than five million people taking part.
In 2023, the Casino Truck Show donated $10,000 in proceeds to important local charities, including the Westpac Rescue Helicopter, Casino Soup Kitchen and Jumbunna Community Preschool.
This year, the Casino Truck Show will feature entertainment from Mossy Rocks and the Tony Q Band, who will be rocking out tunes from two separate stages. There will also be plenty of kid-friendly activities such as amusements, rides and face painting. Along with exhibitors showcasing industry-related products and services.
J&J Rodeo will also put on a spectacular bull ride under the roof of the new arena at the Casino Showground.
Online registrations for the Casino Truck Show open on Monday July 1, as a cost of $30 per entrant.
