The driver of the truck involved in a Bruce Highway rollover earlier today was transported to Gladstone Hospital in a stable condition with arm and leg injuries, said a Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman.
According to one media report, the driver of the prime mover, a man in his 20s, was out of the truck when emergency services arrived on the scene at Colosseum, south of Miriam Vale at 3.42am.
As at 7.50am, qldtraffic.qld.gov.au was reporting that the southbound lane was blocked with a contraflow in place and Queensland Police were advising motorists to avoid the area, or expect delays.
The incident is about 40km north of a multi-truck crash on the Bruce on Tuesday that left one truckie in critical condition and closed a 98km section of the highway for 24 hours.
