Transport Women Australia Limited (TWAL) is now accepting applications for the next round of Driving the Difference scholarships.
Now in its sixth year, these scholarships provide unique opportunities for women in the transport and logistics industry and those wishing to enter the field to advance their careers by undertaking study assisted by this Daimler Truck Australia Pacific-backed TWAL program.
Applications will be accepted until November 8 and recipients will be announced on November 12.
“TWAL are delighted to continue this partnership with Daimler Truck Australia Pacific to present the Driving the Difference scholarships for another year,” said TWAL chair Jacquelene Brotherton.
“These scholarships have enhanced participation of many women in the transport and logistics industry and continue to do so. Previous winners have been from sectors of the trucking, rail, and marine industries sectors, and a wide variety of ages.”

The scholarships enable the successful applicants to undertake any course that will advance their careers or expand their knowledge in their current position. Alternatively, it could give other women the chance to become part of the transport and logistics industry.
