Truckies are advised of changed overnight traffic conditions on the M1 Pacific Motorway southbound off-ramp to the Mount White Heavy Vehicle Safety Station for maintenance and safety improvement work.
To minimise the impact to drivers, Transport for NSW (TfNSW) said the southbound off-ramp and Heavy Vehicle Safety Station will be closed overnight from 8pm until 4am on Wednesday, February 5 and Thursday, February 6 for vegetation clearing and drainage works.
The work is expected to take two nights to complete, weather permitting.
A slow lane closure and 80km/h speed limit will be in place while this overnight work is carried out for the safety of workers and motorists.
From Friday, February 7, there will be changes to the exit of the southbound safety station, said TfNSW.
The shoulder of the exit will be closed for about five months with a 60km/h speed limit in place during this time.
