The ACM Bullbars team is ready to serve

Although we’re not exhibiting this year, we can’t wait to connect with customers and suppliers.

Meet our ACM team at the Brisbane Truck Show 2025. Our sales team includes Robert Scott (over 30 years of experience and knowledge of the industry), Karyn Lodewyke (new to the team with seven plus years of experience), our design engineer Matt Bloomfield (15 plus years in the industry) and our newly appointed General Manager Frank Alessio.

The Brisbane Truck Show has been a highlight on the industry calendar and for ACM Bullbars it’s an invaluable opportunity to strengthen relationships, discussing emerging trends and receive direct feedback on our products and services.

ACM Bullbars is committed to ensuring every product is built to withstand the harshest conditions.

Engaging with suppliers allows us to explore new materials, technologies and innovations that will drive the future of vehicle protection. Meanwhile, interacting with customers allows us to understand firsthand the challenges they face and to provide tailored solutions that ensure both safety and performance on the road.

Frank Alessio joined the team in January 2025. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience from the automotive industry.

A Mechanical Engineer by trade, Frank worked at the once prominent General Motors Holden facility in Port Melbourne for 16 years. Finding his feet in manufacturing Frank moved on to product engineering and procurement supply chain management. A varied role that led to living in South Korea, Russia and travelling throughout Asia. ACM is excited to embark on this new journey with Frank at the helm.

Many of our ACM customers and suppliers would already be well acquainted with our long-standing Sales Manager Robert Scott. Rob has been in the bullbar industry for over 30 years. ACM is appreciative of the immense effort Rob invests in knowing his customer’s needs and following through on getting the job done.

We also welcome our new Sales Manager, Karyn Lodewyke, who started with us in late 2024. Karyn brings with her seven years of industry experience, previously selling skip loaders, hook lifts and truck mounted cranes. With Karyn lending Rob a hand to look after the southern states, our ACM Sales Team is focused on helping our customers reach their on-road safety goals as well as even adding a bit of bling to their fleet of trucks along the way.

Our ACM Bullbar range would not be where it is today if not for Matthew Bloomfield.

Matt is our design engineer, along with a few other hats thrown in from time to time.He has been in the industry for over 15 years. The bullbar industry changes along with the truck industry, with innovations in design to the cabins challenging the likes of our industry to keep up. Without Matt’s finger on the pulse of the sometimes intricate changes and his attention to detail, which stands alone, ACM would fall behind. Matt’s passion and drive for ACM Bullbars and the industry to succeed are without equal and the ACM team are hanging on for the ride.

At ACM Bullbars, we are innovative leaders in extrusion design. Our research has led to a pipe which takes triple the force and yet only bends one fifth the amount compared to standard pipe. ACM also uses high tensile aluminium, which is 25 per cent stronger than standard products. These features are not visible to the naked eye, but they give our bullbars the ability to withstand greater impact and reduce the frontal damage to the vehicle in the event of an incident.

Traffic accidents can happen at any moment, from vehicle collisions to animal impact. When the worst happens to you, make sure you have the best features on your side.

At ACM, our customers’ safety and the maintenance of their vehicles is our main priority.

After an incident, we focus on getting your truck back on the road, and the less damage to the vehicle, the quicker it can get back to work. Our high tensile aluminium bullbar pipe was tested with triple the load that was applied to the standard bullbar pipe and still had 80 per cent less bending.

We will create the most heavy-duty bullbar for your vehicle.

Reach out to us at the show, see you there!
