Together with his wife Jacqueline (Owen’s mother), they went on to own several road transport businesses, specialising in heavy haulage, shipping containers and wet and dry hire of road construction equipment. Daughter Ava is on track to commence her tertiary Information Technology studies in 2026, and has been working alongside her older brother Owen, creating graphic and design features on the platform.
As Technical Director of LoadLogistics.com.au, Owen has a background in Information Technology and Software Engineering. With over five years of experience working with universities and large organisations across Australia, his expertise in building scalable, secure, and user-friendly software has been instrumental in creating a marketplace that simplifies freight transportation for Shippers and Carriers alike.
