BP site to begin towing unhitched trailers and illegally parked vehicles

This Queensland truck stop will become the latest BP site to begin towing unhitched trailers and illegally parked vehicles.

From Monday June 16, unhitched trailers and illegally parked vehicles will be towed from BP Paget, located at 124 Diesel Drive, Paget, Queensland.

In sharing the move, BP said, “We understand the frustrations around parking availability, and want to assure you that we’re committed to resolving this issue – we are actively working to ensure that our valued BP Plus customers have reliable parking options.”

BP has already put this into practice at some of its other sites, as part of a crackdown on parking violations, including Bp Archerfield, Eastern Creek and Wingfield.

  1. It’s not hard. If you’re dropping a trailer, or using it to go get repairs or whatever, let the console operator know the rego and what’s going on.
Most people will appreciate the fact that you were up front about why it’s there. Been doing it for yrs, no problems.
