The Cunningham Highway at Cunninghams Gap will be temporarily closed to oversized loads for the installation of a crane at Cunninghams Gap next week.
Transport Main Roads Queensland (TMR) said the works will involve a tower crane installation next to the eastbound traffic lane.
To complete these works, access will be temporarily closed to vehicles wider than 2.5m and/or longer than 30m from 6am until 6pm on Tuesday August 12 and Wednesday August 13, 2025.
The recovery works are jointly funded by the Australian and Queensland Government through the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA).
