A second person has died following a two-truck crash on the Mid North Coast of NSW last week.
The 33-year-old man was one of two truck drivers pulled from a fiery crash by members of the public on South West Rocks Road, Jerseyville, 30km south of Kempsey on November 28.
Both drivers were flown to John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle in a critical condition.
Police were notified a 43-year-old woman had died in the hospital the next day (November 29).
Sadly, police were told last night (December 4) that the 33-year-old had also succumbed to his injuries.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
