Here at Aussie Pumps, we get a real blast to read Big Rigs. What we love about it is not only the quality of the editorial, and that it’s “earthy”, but also the wonderful photos. What we also like is the idea that these stories all seem to have a real point to them.
For example, we got very excited when we saw Victoria’s Environmental Regulations has fined Winslow Constructions over $5000 for having muddy trucks. We all know about the environmental protection rules, but give us a break. Who knows the circumstances of whether it was simply impossible to have an opportunity to clean the truck off before hitting the road.
One thing is for sure, an Aussie pressure cleaner would have made short work of that mud and saved Winslow $5000.
Other things we also like is the big adverts from people like Mercedes.
Everyone can relate to folk like Jim Foody, running up to Cape York and commenting on the pain he puts his 1997 Western Star 4900 through, pulling a triple road train. Jim, we admire you and people like you.
