Peak road freight body, Transport Women Australia Limited (TWAL), is calling for nominations for its 2026 Driving the Difference Scholarship.
The scholarships provide unique opportunities for women working in — or aspiring to join — the transport and logistics industry to advance their careers through education and professional development.
Backed by Daimler Truck Australia Pacific and delivered by TWAL, the program supports women to undertake study that strengthens their current role, expands their skills, or opens the door to a future career in transport and logistics.
Applications close on March 30, with the successful recipients announced at TWAL’s Driving the Dream Conference at Essendon Fields, Melbourne, on April 16-18.
TWAL said judging is done primarily on the written submission against assessment criteria. If further clarification is needed, there may also be an online or follow-up phone interview.
“If your desired training course costs more, you need to be able to provide confirmation of enrolment and be prepared to cover the cost gap yourself,” TWAL said.
