Drivers are advised of the temporary closure of the Mungi Mungi Hill Rest Area on the Hume Highway near Coolac for maintenance work.
Transport for NSW said work will be carried out weekdays between 6am and 6pm from Wednesday June 10 to Tuesday, June 16, weather permitting.
The rest area will be closed for the duration of the project.
Truckies are are advised that the next available rest areas are at Westaroo, 9 kilometres north, and at Coolac, 8.5 kilometres south.
During the work, single lane closures and a reduced speed limit of 40km/h will be in place on the Hume Highway’s southbound lanes.
A reduced speed limit of 60 km/h will be in place outside of work hours.
