Description
For quick on-site screening of rocks the Sieve Bucket offers the operator a more cost effective alternative, as compare to hiring a dedicated on-site vibratory screen.
Our sieve buckets are specially designed to have a shallower, more penetrating profile. This is to achieve efficient digging and also to maximize the effective screening area thus the speed of screening.
The vertical ribs are fabricated from high tensile steels and cross bars from medium carbon steel bars. This would ensure a satisfactory service in rugged working conditions. For more severe operations, premium high strength, quenched and tempered wear resistant steels can be used for ultimate wear life.
Each sieve bucket is custom built to our client's screening criteria. Clients also have the option of standard replaceable teeth and adaptors for more aggressive digging, or bolt-on cutting edges for smaller, loose granular materials.
