Cabins just sits directly on top of relatively flat and firm ground. Cabin always stays as a temporary portable buildings.
Cabins are delivered fully assembled.

Walls have light plastic film cover over painted surfaces, film can either be pulled off or left on after delivery.
Power Plug
- External power plugs in left side of top drawer of office desk
- either wire cabin direct or use the plugs (by others to connect)
Keys
Door keys see in right side top drawer of office desk
Door Handles
We remove the door handles during transport and place them just inside the door on the floor, use a screw driver to open the door and refit the door handles (by others)
Hot Water Unit
- Do not connect the cabin to the power until after the water is connected and run through the pipes and the hot water unit.
- Check all water points tight so no leaks

Connect up the 3 services, power, water, sewer, or to make any changes, fixups, modifications, engineering, permits, etc, we only supply the cabins and drop them off.
