This 2-year-old building is like new and was designed for quick erection, dismantling and re-erection;

The building components are currently available for inspection in Canberra by appointment;

The walls and ceiling panels are modular cool room/sandwich type panels (factory painted, steel lined, fire resistant expanded polystyrene insulation), so light weight, hygienic/easy to clean, durable and no painting required;

The building was a clinic but would easily repurpose to a permanent or temporary mining camp accommodation/food preparation and meals areas/offices space/hostel/school group/emergency/homeless shelter/accommodation building (the building has not been designed or built to meet Australian Standards for other medical applications and therefore the onus would be on the buyer to confirm the buildings suitability, or modify it for their intended use);

The building could also be quite easily split down the middle to provide one or two 800m2 to 900m2 buildings if that was of interest;

Design documentation is available;

Replacement material costs well in excess of $2,000,000.00 (excluding prefabrication costs and supply of the shipping containers);

The package includes all of the fixtures and fittings and mechanical plant, but no loose furniture. New wiring and plumbing pipework, some trims, floor coverings, communications and security infrastructure would be required;

The building is not currently cyclone or earthquake rated, but could be upgraded at minimal cost;

The wall panels are mounted either side of steel frames to provide voids for services, the metal roof is supported by steel trusses;

The flooring is ply over steel members, and the wet areas are modular;

The building materials that are cut to size/custom made are barcoded and referenced on marked up plans;

The building components have been professionally dismantled and packed in shipping containers in such a way as to protect the goods for interstate or international transport;

This lot includes the purchase and ownership of eight 40-foot one way single use shipping containers that are one and a half years old, and two 20-foot shipping containers;

There are a further 11 semi-trailer loads of materials. Packaging of further components into containers could be undertaken by negotiation if required, e.g. for international transport or buyer storage;

Seller can assist with loading of containers and transport at an extra cost.

The shipping containers are worth approximately $70,000.00 alone.
