HALCO Engineering / CONAIR CORP - Reverse pulse dust collector. Conair dust collectors keep your plant free of air-born dust and fines and prevent dust from fouling the vacuum pump. A central vacuum dust collector allowws dust filtration to take place at the floor level. An air-tight collection container makes the removal of fines quick and easy. Automatic filter cleaning is standard, lengthening the time between service requirements, the DC-3 has a sophisticated sequential blowback system. The integrated dust canister has a viewing port to identify when it needs emptying and releases easilt from machine. The DC-3 provides three replaceable filters with and automatic sequential blowback system for maximum filter life. How the DC-3 works: Three filter cartridges collect the dust. A purging cycle uses accumulated compressed air to blast each cartridge clean from the inside out. This continuous adjustable sequence drops fines into the collection canister. The DC-3 provides maximum filter life between manual cleanings. Power: Single Phase, 240V. Filter Area: 162 ft2 / 15 m2. Vacuum line size: 3 Inch Inlet / Outlet. Reverse Pulse with differential pressure gauge. 3 Replaceable cartridge filters. Approx 35 Litre dust collection container. Unit in excellent condition and reverse pulse and air systems run well. Unit requires vacuum pump / blower / fan for operation.
