Flat belt conveyor with strip heating. Stainless steel frame. Belt Length: 2900mm Belt Width: 800mm Belt Height (Adjustable): From 800mm high to 950mm. Currently set at 925mm high. Belt speed: Approxmately 6 metres/min 3 Phase, 415V, 0.25kW Gearmotor. 6 X 1800 Watt strip heaters. Effective heat specs from manufacturer: 21-23 degrees C (Applied to a room size 3.1m x 2.5m) Items will be hotter due to the close distance on conveyor. The heating height can be adjusted from 100mm - 200mm from conveyor belt. Currently set at 145mm. Operation: The conveyor will move products or moulds under the heating area and then pause for 23 seconds. Once the time has elapsed the conveyor will operate again and move the current items onto the next belt (not included) and position more items under the heaters and the cycle continues. The timer can also be adjusted for pausing conveyor for a longer or shorter period. Heater temp can be adjusted from low to high. If required, the heating module can be removed and the flat belt conveyor can be supplied seperately with a continuos speed of 6 metres/min. Please ask us. Unit runs well and is in great condition
