recall of trucks

The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) has issued a recall on Isuzu Tradepack NLR, NNR and NPR Series Trucks sold between 2005 and 2019, due to a side reflector issue.

There are 8,023 affected vehicles which are being recalled as they “have not been fitted with a sufficient quantity of side reflectors as required under Australian Design Rule (ADR) 13/00”.

According to the recall notice, “The vehicle may have impaired side visibility under low light conditions, creating the risk of side impact and increasing the risk of injury or death to the vehicle occupants and/or other road users.”
